Ballroom rentals are scheduled for a 4 hour timeframe. Also include are 4 additional hours for setup and 2 hours for cleanup. Additional setup and cleanup hours can be purchased at $100 per hour. Additional event hours can be purchased as well for $300 per hour.
Security is required for all events. 2 officers must be present for all event and will increase upon the number of guest. For every 100 guest there is one officer added. Each officer is $45 per hour and for holidays are $75 per hour per officers.
Liability insurance is required and must be paid 30 days prior to event. Insurance cost $130 through the Jerusalem Shriners, or can be provided by Home Owner's Insurance.
There is a refundable security deposit of $1,000 due the day of booking to reserve your event date. This deposit is not included in the event rental total.
A luxury grand ballroom suitable for 500 guests, a dance floor to accommodate your entire party, antique gold and crystal chandelier with customizable dimming, high ceilings, and a large stage to accommodate any ceremony or DJ setup. 3 72 inch TV's located in the ballroom that are perfect to display picture slideshows, wedding monograms or videos. Your guests will love this space!

❖ The Bridal Suite is an exclusive, spacious upstairs suite that overlooks the ballroom. The suite includes a wet bar, mini fridge, 2 luxury couches, 1 smart tv with streaming services, luxury vanity that seats 3 guests to get their hair/makeup done, a separate spacious changing room, and a private restroom with marble shower. No need to get dressed anywhere else, we have it all!
❖ The Groom Suite is an exclusive, spacious upstairs suite that is the perfect space for the groom and his groomsmen! The suite includes a luxury couch and lounge chairs, 1 smart tv with streaming services, high top table with multiple seating, a separate changing room, and a luxury private restroom with shower. This groom suite is the man cave that any man hopes to have!
The conference room is a large space available to suit all of your food serving needs! The bar includes 13 high top tables with 2 seats at each table, the perfect bar set up with standing and seating for guests, and 2 smart TVs with streaming services. Behind the bar includes a double sink, 2 soda guns of Coca Cola products, 1 beer tap and keg of Miller Lite, 1 ice machine and ample room for liquor, ice chests, and bar space to hold up top 3 bar tenders comfortably. The ballroom includes a service window that allows guests to order a drink at the bar without missing the party in the ballroom. The conference room is the perfect space to serve food, sit additional guests or even to host a small party. Together the bar and conference room can hold up to 125 people.
The Bar & Conference Room is $1,000 with a refundable deposit of $1000.
Our kitchen has an industrial gas stove, multiple prep counters, mobile steam table that holds 5 chafer dishes , mobile industrial warmer that holds up to 7 racks, industrial ice machine, industrial fridge, industrial freezer, kitchen equipment. The catering staff of your choice will love what we have to offer!
